Melinda is a Special Counsel at Griffin Legal with a key role in our Privacy Team.

Melinda has broad experience in both the private and public sectors across legal and policy roles, within IT teams, and as a lecturer in Privacy Law at ANU.

Melinda works closely with a number of Griffin Legal clients on the privacy aspects of complex IT and policy projects, having worked for IT software development companies for many years.

Melinda is passionate about assisting clients to identify and mitigate privacy and other legal risks and is focused on communicating recommendations in ways that are easy to understand and action.
